LOCAL INTELLIGENCE.
Miss Helen Faucit had a crowded audience on Friday night last, at the Theatre-Royal, on the occasion of her benefit. On Saturday night her engagement closed. On that evening she played Mrs. Haller, in the play of "The Stranger." Amongst the occupants of the boxes we observed the celebrated Miss Cushman, Dr. Muspratt and lady (sister to Miss Cushman), and Professor Anderson, the far-famed Wizard of the North, with his family.
