We have an application from a Mr. Tufts of Boston. (I enclose his card) to make an arrangement for the sole agency of our papers. "The Little Pilgrim" "for Massachusetts and perhaps for the whole of N.E." can you inform us at once if the man is energetic and responsible. We are sorry to trouble you, but know not what else to do. Please drop a line [?] to L. K. Lippincott Washington D.C. Tell him all you know of said Tufts. I am getting better. but slowly. My love to dear Mr. Ticknor
