Your favour of 5th recd.
I cannot act "[...] & scenes of
Lady Macbeth" for a night performance
in a town where I only act one or two nights.
If you can gather resources for a night
for Macbeth, alone, & Guy Manning, alone,
I can move about at all. (from applica-
tions I have recd from those places I
am sure you could do a good business
with the two plays.
